Refund Policy
Thank you for dining at PineInterval. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first at pineinterval.sbs or +44 20 7946 0958.
