'PineInterval began with a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was a quaint, family-driven venture with a lineage of recipes passed from generation to generation.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft on her Italian journeys, learning from venerable pizza chefs in Naples, the home of pizza. After arriving in the UK, she set out to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, committing to old-style techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Our journey started with a cozy, 12-seaters pizza shop and has since become a local favorite. Our dedication to premium standards and genuine roots stay firm. We still employ traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and select the best ingredients available.
Now, 'PineInterval' is still in the hands of the family with the Bianchi's second generation at the helm of a zealous team. While modern improvements have been adopted, our core principle stays unchanged: we serve up delightful, real pizzas that bond people.
